Legislation introduced by politicians in Sacramento will be voted on this month that would negatively impact hundreds of high-quality charter schools throughout the state and potentially trap vulnerable students in failing schools by banning the opening of new charter schools. Taken together, these bills – AB 1505, AB 1506, AB 1507 and SB 756 – would eliminate the right of existing charter schools to appeal non-renewal decisions, grant districts broad and subjective discretion to deny new charter schools without regard to the quality of the new petition, and impose a five-year moratorium on new charter schools. While Riverside Prep would not be affected, other Schools of Choice would be. It's time to make our voices heard and tell our state legislators that we want them to stand up for ALL kids, not just some and we won't let them take our school choices away! Visit www.standforallstudents.org or click on the Defend Great Students Mobilization Guide below to demand that your representative in Sacramento prioritize #kidsnotpolitics and #defendgreatschools!

The State of California requires that school districts develop a Local Control Accountability Plan (LCAP).  The LCAP survey is a tool for the Oro Grande School District to gather input from students, teachers, parents, and community members  to set goals, plan actions, and leverage resources to meet those goals to improve student outcomes. To accomplish this, we are gathering community input. Your participation is critical in this decision-making process, and we appreciate your assistance with this survey.
The survey begins with two questions regarding the European Union. Please answer "No" for both and  you will be directed to questions concerning your child and the Oro Grande School District.

Riverside Preparatory has a new online meal payment system, Titan School Solutions. We are no longer using My School Bucks.

Parents can register for a new account online here: https://family.titank12.com/

If your student had leftover money that was on the My School Bucks account, that money will roll over to the new program.

Please note that we still accept cash and check payments for school meals.
